Title: AI in Public Procurement: Tools, Trends, and Transformation

Description: AI is reshaping public procurement, improving efficiency, supplier engagement, and decision-making. This session explores both the processes and the hardware, software, and tools driving this shift. Learn how vendors and public procurement peers are leveraging AI, and what it means for the future of procurement roles.

Title: Bridging the Gap: Strengthening Supplier Collaboration in Public Procurement

Description: Explore best practices for supplier collaboration across the procurement lifecycle, from pre-solicitation to cooperative purchasing and after the award with a true partnership. Learn from real-world examples like IT and GovTech punchouts and engage in an interactive “Ask a Supplier” session for direct industry insights.

Proposed Topic: The Leadership Lab: Harvesting Organic Leadership

Workshop Description: This workshop will explore principles of organic leadership and discuss how to effectively recognize those qualities within your team.  This will be an introspective experience, examining leadership traits, challenges and opportunities.  Hack your leadership with a personalized strategic plan!  The session will introduce relevant tools to promote the establishment of a performance based organizational culture that involves coaching and conscious attempts at continuous dialogue within work teams to achieve breakthrough improvements in manager-employee relationships and on-the-job results.

Learning Objectives:  Participants will apply concepts of organic leadership; interact with tools to develop a personalized leadership strategic plan; explore their strengths and potential liabilities through introspective exercises.
